    We served Thanksgiving Dinner for the 250 employees at G.I. Pathology today.  The turkey and dressing was enjoyed by all.  We also served our Coffee Bar to the staff that included Caramel latte, Mocha Cappuccino, French Vanilla Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, Chai Tea and my Java Freeze Frappuccino.

    On a cold and rainy day in Memphis we treated G.I. Specialists physicians: Dr. Bierman, Dr. Fields,  Dr. Friedman, Dr. Lieberman and staff.

    We Served:  Mocha Cappuccino, Caramel Latte, French Vanilla Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, Chai Tea and my World Famous Java Freeze Frappuccino that is better than Starbucks.  We also served my Strawberry, Orange and Caramel Smoothies.

  • Served a Low Carb/Low Sugar Juice Plus+ Smoothie Bar today.

    I am experimenting with a new Smoothie Bar concept.  Today I made Smoothies with Juice Plus+ as the base and served the drinks to my customers and then asked for their feedback.  Everybody loved the Juice Plus+ Chocolate Smoothies.  They have 13 grams of protein and approx 40-50% of the RDA for 12 vitamins.  The first of the year I plan on introducing a Juice Plus+ Healthy Smoothie Bar based on the feedback I have received over the last 7 days.

    This summer we served our Smoothie Bar Catering at a Employee Appreciation Pool Party event Pool Party with Smoothie Barfor Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth MS.  It was a hot day and the Smoothies helped cool every one off.

    One Wednesday 11-17-2011 we served our Smoothie Bar Catering to the employees of St. Jude Hospital in Memphis TN as a treat for participating in the Health Fair.  We served over 500 Smoothies.  Every one had a great time but I was very tired after serving that many Smoothies.

    This is just a portion of the massive tent that was erected for a Wedding Reception in Covingtion TN for a Memphis Bride.  Every thing was first class.  We had our Cappuccino and Smoothie Bar set up serving all the guests.

    Three pretty girls at my Coffee Bar at a Wedding Reception in Covington Tn. I served mainly Mocha Cappuccinos, Caramel Lattes, and fresh brewed Starbucks coffee.  It was a fabulous reception with over 300 guests attending.  A massive tent with floor was set up to accommodate all the guests.  The Bride attended Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis TN

    We always custom build the menu around the bride and grooms favorite drinks.  The Wedding was at Second Presbyterian Church and the reception outside at the Memphis Botanic Gardens.
